For you Google Desktop users out there (it should be all of you), be sure to grab Larry's Any Text File Indexer. This allows me to search code files quickly when VS.NET isn't running.

I have installed your plugin and set the .conf to search the text files I need. But I find it doesn't work. I don't know why.My OS is Win7 X64, and Google Desktop is 5.9.0911.03589 Chinese version.Thank you for your help.
@Yang - Sorry, it's been years since I've used Google Desktop. No idea.
Thank you all the same.Your plugins are really a great work. They help me a lot.May I know which kind of desktop search tool are you using now? Just like Google Desktop.Thank you.
Ever since Windows Vista/7, I've been happy just using the search built into the start menu. However, my work has also changed to where I don't need to search local documents as much.
Thank you for your reply.
